  • Female D.O.E

  • Minimum of two seasons of experience on boats and hospitality experience

  • High-end service and interdepartmental cooperation

  • Crew and guests socialise together, so you need to be professional and approachable

  • Fully interior when guests are onboard, and 50/50 split between exterior and interior without guests

  • You need basic deck knowledge

  • Mediterranean cruising 2026 and world cruising after

  • Strict non- smoker, and no visible tattoos

  • STCW, ENG1, Food & Hygiene, Driver's licence, PB2 and any other water sports qualifications are a bonus
