  • Atleast 2 years of experience on sailing yachts
  • Yacht Master and a bonus if you have dive qualifications.
  • Potential to move up to First Mates position within a year. 
  •  Dual season, and world cruising in 2026
  • Keen and enthusiastic to learn about ISM, Safety, and carrying out monthly drills. 
  • This boat will be away for 2 years, with a 15 year survey scheduled in N.Z late 2026 
  • Male or Female
